WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM DENIED? ...LET US HELP!

Are They Telling You To Take A New Job…Have They Tried To Stop Your Benefits?
Are You Being Harassed By Your Employer Or Their Insurance Company?

Richard D. Director, Esquire. I have been in practice since 1974, representing clients in workers' compensation cases for over 30 years in Lehigh, Northampton, Upper Bucks, Berks County and Monroe Counties. I have also successfully represented hundreds of clients in personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents and industrial accidents.

I have substantial trial experience because of my representation of injured parties, as well as my work as a Senior Deputy District Attorey for Lehigh County. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association/Workers' Compensation Section, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Workers' Compensation Section and I have lectured on workers' compensation topics before the American Inn of Court, the Lehigh County Bar Association, the National Business Institute, and I have taught injury law and workers' compensation law for the Institute for Paralegal Studies. I have also successfully represented injured workers in pursuing claims against other persons who may be responsible for their injuries.

Free Case Evaluation - No Fee Unless We Win!

My practice also includes representation for contract disputes, real estate transactions and estates. I also handle unemployment compensation cases and social security disability claims as part of my practice.

I do not charge a fee for an initial consultation. I will perform a case analysis without any charge, and I will frequently offer a reduced rate in workers' compensation cases for a lump sum settlement claim.

I graduated from Temple Law School in 1974 in the top ten percent (10%) of my class and I was an associate editor of the Law Review.
